Our tour packages are designed to suit every possible need. GCT offer any of the following packages: themed tours, family tours, cultural tours, specialized tours and budget tours.

We start the tour by picking you up early in the morning around 7am; at your hotel, guest house or the Airport. The first site we take you is The Kwame Nkrumah Mausoleum and memorial park located in downtown Accra, the capital of Ghana. It is dedicated to the prominent Ghanaian leader who fought against the colonial British rule to obtained independence for Ghana.

Next is to the memorial park is the Accra Art Center where you can shop for various hand made craft displayed in several stalls or boots. Here you can pick up souvenirs for your travel. This is a popular location for tourists wanting a one-stop-shop for arts and crafts. The stalls are crammed full with textiles, carvings, bags, music instruments, clothing and jewellery. The stalls continue through the main hangar, and into an outdoor market that holds the more interesting treasures such as metal ornaments, drums, wood furnishing, antiques and leather goods. There is less hassle at the back of the market. All prices are negotiable.

Our next stop is Jamestown and Usshertown. Located directly east of the Korle Lagoon, they are the oldest districts in the city of Accra. They emerged as communities around the 17th century and known as British

Jamestown and Usshertown respectively. Today, both Jamestown and Usshertown remain fishing communities inhabited primarily by the Ga. The districts are nice tourist attraction for seeing the remnants of Accra colonial past.
